The School of Global Environmental Sustainability is reaching across traditional disciplines to integrate the crucial issues of sustainability into fields of study never thought to have a connection with the environment before.  Involvement of sustainable business and community partnerships help to shape relevant environmental research for long term sustainability.

As the School moves forward it will span across academic and disciplinary boundaries with the aim of cultivating connections between students, researchers, and practitioners in business, industry, and government as we prepare for important sustainability challenges in population growth, urban sprawl, ecosystem conservation, resource management, and social and economic development.

The School of Global Environmental Sustainability welcomes individuals and groups, interested sustainability issues, to solicit suggestions for lecture series topics, guest lecture events, and any other activities the School might be interested in facilitating.
